How Do I Order?

The Glowsource requires a minimum order of $25. Orders under $25 will be charged a $7.50 handling fee. We want to make sure you get the right products to fit your needs. If you have any questions on a product, please call during our office hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm Pacific Time.

Distributors

Please call us directly to find out if you qualify. CA distributors require a valid resale permit in order to be exempt from sales tax. You will receive a login and password to access your pricing. All distributor orders must be placed online, and can be done in 3 easy steps.

  2. Enter your login name and password. You will now have access to your prices throughout the store.
  3. Begin shopping!


Most in stock items are shipped within 24 hours of order placement on business days. All products will be sent by UPS or US Postal Service, unless you wish to make other arrangements. If you have a special need or want to discuss other options, or for international orders, please contact us directly.

UPS observes the following 2007 holidays. The Glowsource relies on their service to ship our products. All online orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Holidays will also affect delivery so please plan accordingly when choosing a shipping method.

Returns Policy

We make every effort to insure that your order is right the first time. We will promptly replace or credit any items determined to be defective. All returns of non-defective merchandise require the prior approval of The Glowsource and will be charged a 15% restocking fee and a 3.5% credit card transaction fee if purchase was made using a charge card. Requests for credit due to discrepancies must be made within 10 business days from date shipment is received. In addition please inspect ALL merchandise when received so that we can accurately replace/refund items defective/damaged. Thank you!

Most orders are shipped next business day.
If you need your items to be shipped same day, then please call us to see if this is available before you place your order.

If you choose UPS Next Day Air, it will be shipped next business day, and delivered the following business day.
If you choose UPS 2ND Day Air, it will be shipped next business day, and delivered 2 business days from the day it shipped.

We do not recommend use with children 5 and under.
Adult supervision is always recommended.
