At Glowsource.com, we make every effort to insure that your order is right the first time. Glowsource will only accept returns if an incorrect item was mistakenly shipped by Glowsource. Glowsource may elect to replace returned items that have been determined to be defective. Any items determined to be user-defective will not be approved for a refund. Customer must return the defective items to determine any sort of refund. No refunds will be issued on Light Up Balloons or Beach Balls as these are final sale for hygienic reasons. Glowsource.com will not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds in instances in which the customer is dissatisfied with the ordered products, despite the ordered products reasonably conforming to the description or image provided on the website.
All returns of non-defective merchandise require the prior approval of Glowsource.com and will be charged a 25% restocking fee . Requests for credit due to discrepancies or damages must be made within 10 business days from date shipment is received. ALL RETURNED (UNOPENED/UNUSED) ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED IN OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT DATE FOR A REFUND. Credit will be issued back to the original form of payment that the order was placed with, and only once the returned product has been received by our warehouse. If orders are received after 30 days, we will issue a gift card in place of the refund. If return orders are received after 60 days, we will not issue a refund or gift card of any sort. In addition, please inspect ALL merchandise when received so that we can accurately replace/refund items defective/damaged.
Glowsource.com will not refund shipping or handling charges under any circumstance. Shipments refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS, FedEx or USPS will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping charges, both to the customer and return to us. If a customer returns an item to which a discount or coupon was applied, the customer will only receive a refund in the amount of the discounted price. If an order is returned that had received free shipping. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
