Shipping & Fulfillment of Orders

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to ship. Please remember receipt of the product will depend on the shipping method you choose at check out. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed on the first business day following the weekend or holiday.  Saturday delivery is not part of standard overnight delivery. Weekends and holidays do not count toward transit time.

Be sure to provide a correct and valid address including company name, apartment numbers, or suite numbers if applicable to ensure delivery is successful.  We are charged $12.00 per box for address corrections by UPS & FedEx.  This expense will be passed on to customers with addresses marked as invalid.  If an order is refused or delivered unsuccessfully, we will refund the purchase price less our cost of shipping the order as well as the cost of return freight, in addition a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

We can not take responsibility for lost or stolen shipments left at a location by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.  We will provide tracking details when an order is shipped.  We encourage our customers to monitor shipments to ensure merchandise is received.

Discounts, Coupons & Promotions
Coupon codes are sometimes used for promotions, discounts and free item give-a-ways.  Only one coupon code/discount can be used per customer, and coupon codes can not be combined with other offers.  Some coupon codes do not have published expiration dates, however they are subject to end at any time without prior notice being issued.  To stay up to date on any coupons or promotions we are offering, be sure to create an account on our website and opt in for email.  Coupon codes for free economy shipping are sometimes offered, and are valid for the continental 48 United States.  Hawaii and Alaska are exempt from shipping promotions. Some items in bulk quantities are exempt from the free shipping promotion, including and not limited to Glow Necklaces, LED Foam Sticks, Light Saber Swords, and others.

Return Policy (Defective Items)
We have quality inspections both during manufacturing and the shipping process to ensure quality.   We stand behind all items sold.  However, if you need an exact number of a product we encourage ordering an extra 3%-5% to account for items that may be defective or become accidentally activated due to rough handling during transit.

We will do everything we can to ensure the order is packed well and arrives in working condition.   Returns of items deemed to be defective will be replaced with same merchandise, or at our discretion a refund will be issued.  Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days from the order date.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization, referred to as an RMA written on the outside of the box.  To obtain an RMA please log into your account and create an RMA.  Explain why you feel the item(s) are defective, and include pictures detailing the issue if possible.  We will set up the return and respond to your request within one business day.  Unauthorized returns (i.e.: returns sent without a RMA) will be refused by our warehouse.

Sales Tax
We only collect sales tax in the state of CA.  If you are tax exempt, please create an account with us, then email the appropriate documentation to info@glowsource.com  We will promptly convert your account  to  reflect your tax exempt status.  You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been converted.

Products sold on Terms
We are pleased to offer terms of NET 30 to schools, government and public municipalities.  When receiving Net 30 terms the invoice must be paid by check or ACH.  No Credit cards are excepted for payment of Net 30.   Any invoices not paid in 30 days will be referred to outside collection agencies, or to an attorney.  The customer will be responsible for expenses and fees associated with collecting past due amount’s.  Overdue accounts will also incur 1.5% interest per month.
